January 2025 has brought with it some blustery, snowy, cold, wet weather. The kind of winter weather that makes you want to stay inside, be warm, and snuggle. Baby, it’s cold outside! For real! Pepper Girl decided that in her old age, she just wanted to cuddle up with her favorite stuffed animal friend Lamb Chop. She knows when it is a good time to take a cozy nap. The only thing that would make her happier would be a fire in the fireplace to take the chill off the air. Later on tonight, Pepper will get to enjoy snoozing in front of a nice, relaxing fire. Nothing cozier than a nap in front of the fireplace for her.
Take a moment to bless your fur babies. Winter weather is hard on everyone and our pets are no different. Make sure that your fur babies get brought inside quickly. No one likes to be out in the cold freezing temperatures. If you are cold, they are cold too! Give them a cozy warm place to sleep and snuggle.
Fur Baby Friday request: If you have any old blankets that aren’t good enough to use or give to a human charity then consider donating them to an animal shelter. I am sure the fur babies will appreciate the extra warmth that are in the shelter’s care. They won’t even mind any holes or stains and will happy for some extra coziness.
