It is time to be inspired by autumn to craft some amazing fall decor! Refresh front porches, doors, entryways, and mantles easily for the change of season! Whether your fall decor taste is football, pumpkins, or autumn leaves it is time to craft! Color schemes are as individualized as the theme we each choose. Either way, autumn craftiness doesn’t have to break the bank. Today is a rainy day so it is the perfect indoor activity to accomplish. I am sharing three budget friendly autumn inspired crafts to refresh your home’s fall decor!
Super Easy Autumn Arrangement
This was a super easy autumn arrangement to make. Putting this together took no time at all to complete and it only cost a total of $4.00. Three fall stems and this adorable metal can was purchased at the Dollar Tree. I bent the burgundy leaf and berry stem to fit the height of the can and added the little pumpkin pick right in the front. To make this autumn arrangement a little more to my liking I turned the sunflower around to the back. What do you think? I think it is gorgeous!
Adorable Transfer Mini Easels
I could not resist trying my hand at these these super cute seasonal transfers that I also found at the Dollar Tree. What better place for them than on these mini easels. The transfers were the perfect size while the easels had the perfect surface. To begin I wiped the easels with a paper towel to remove anything that might prevent the decal from adhering. I then removed the sticker and store hanger. Following the instructions for the rub-on transfer I patiently applied the sticker. To complete these lovely easels I added another autumn pick and a few loose fall leaves also purchased from the Dollar Tree. The total price of this craft project came to $6.00. Beautiful!
Upcycled Hello Autumn Frame
When I purchased this unicorn frame I had a vision in mind that didn’t entail anything mythical. This project took a little more time but came out great! I started by unscrewing and removing the hanger on the back. Gently applying pressure along the inside edges I was able to push the unicorn panel out. Next, I painted the frame Burnt Umber and the unicorn panel with Antique Parchment with two coats. Allow it to dry thoroughly before attempting to apply the transfer. Once completely dry, I followed the rub-on transfer instructions to apply the transfer decal onto the panel. Lastly, I glued the panel back into the frame. I used a glue gun to attach a black and white checked ribbon bow on the front top. I already had the paint so the price for this upcycled Hello Autumn Frame was just $2.00. Incredible!!
Recap
I hope you were inspired to try these fantastic autumn crafts! The price is so amazingly budget friendly there is no guilt about sprucing up your fall decor!
