I was blessed to recover from the Delta variant of Covid-19. After testing negative I didn’t want to leave a single Covid-19 germ behind in my home. Any unsuspecting person who found said germ would start this miserably dangerous illness back up. It was my goal to fully eradicate all Covid-19 germs and continue gaining strength and stamina. - Retest until you test negative; remain quarantined until you do
- Say a prayer of thanksgiving that you came through Covid-19 okay
- Replace your toothbrush
- Purchase a new tube of toothpaste and mouthwash, ditch what was used with Covid-19
- Wipe down eyeglasses to clean and disinfect
- Throw away any unused portions of food or opened snacks
- Wash all towels and linens
- Launder all blankets, pillows, and throws
- Disinfect all remote controllers
- Sanitize laptop keyboards, desktop computers, and their mouse
- Use alcohol to sterilize the nebulizer, on/off switch, and cord
- Replace tubing and mask
- Toss any lip balm, lip gloss, lipstick, or Chapstick that you used while sick with Covid-19 and repurchase it
- Wipe down all Tylenol, Ibuprofen, vitamin supplements, medicine bottles or boxes
- Sanitize the thermometer
- Disinfect the finger oxygen monitor
- Continue easing into your normal routine
- Stay active
- Continue taking Zinc, Vitamin Supplements D, C, B Complex, and Elderberry to strengthen recovery
