I was blessed to recover from the Delta variant of Covid-19. After testing negative I didn’t want to leave a single Covid-19 germ behind in my home. Any unsuspecting person who found said germ would start this miserably dangerous illness back up. It was my goal to fully eradicate all Covid-19 germs and continue gaining strength and stamina. These are the essential things I did AFTER surviving Covid-19.

  1. Retest until you test negative; remain quarantined until you do
  2. Say a prayer of thanksgiving that you came through Covid-19 okay
  3. Replace your toothbrush
  4. Purchase a new tube of toothpaste and mouthwash, ditch what was used with Covid-19
  5. Wipe down eyeglasses to clean and disinfect
  6. Throw away any unused portions of food or opened snacks
  7. Wash all towels and linens
  8. Launder all blankets, pillows, and throws
  9. Disinfect all remote controllers
  10. Sanitize laptop keyboards, desktop computers, and their mouse
  11. Use alcohol to sterilize the nebulizer, on/off switch, and cord
  12. Replace tubing and mask
  13. Toss any lip balm, lip gloss, lipstick, or Chapstick that you used while sick with Covid-19 and repurchase it
  14. Wipe down all Tylenol, Ibuprofen, vitamin supplements, medicine bottles or boxes
