Caring for a person(s) with Covid-19 will at times require a closer distance than 6 feet. Cleaning up dishes, cups, tissues, or other trash from a person with Covid-19 definitely puts you at a higher risk of contracting the virus. These caregiver tips we learned when three members of our household contracted the Delta variant of Covid-19 at the same time. That left one person to be the caregiver with major concerns of getting it herself.

In Conclusion
These effective tips are not an absolute guarantee that you will not contract Covid-19 or any of its variant forms. I am just sharing what worked for us like a good neighbor would. However, being a meticulous caregiver is proven to reduce your risk significantly. That one family member who ended up as the delegated caregiver never caught it. The effort is worth it.
