Camping isn’t everyone’s cup of tea while smores tend to be loved by everyone, camper or not. So how do we bridge the gap so we can enjoy this wonderful well loved treat more, minus the camping part of the equation? Here is the perfect solution! Let me warn you! You are going to LOVE this!
Mini Smores Pie Ingredients
- Keebler Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust
- Hershey’s Chocolate Bars
- Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows
- Baking Sheet
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Place the desired amount of graham cracker pie shells on the baking sheet. Place 5 or 6 pieces of Hershey’s chocolate bar in each pie shell. Take mini marshmallows and place over the pieces of chocolate. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, just long enough to melt the chocolate and marshmallows. Use the broiler to further toast the marshmallows to a golden brown. Be sure to watch over them so they don’t burn. Let them cool 10 to 15 mins before eating! Enjoy!
These little pie shells keep everything contained! It saves you from having to deal with hot ingredients falling out the side or with the graham cracker breaking up while you are trying to eat it. It stays on the spoon! How cool is that! Traditional smores can become a messy challenge for children and adults alike. This keeps all the ooey-gooey goodness where it is supposed to be so you can enjoy every last bite.
Another thing I LOVE about this recipe is that you can size it up or size it down. Is it just you at the house? No problem. Have a whole crowd over? Make as many as you need? Want to make a pie to take for a potluck? This simple recipe will work for a regular-sized graham cracker pie crust as well. Just bake a little longer due to the size. The possibilities are endless! I haven’t even mentioned the variables you can try using like peanut butter cups or dark chocolates. You just have to try this for yourself! These mini smores pies are the best little pie ever! Now, go and make yourself one (or two)! Enjoy!
I will have to give this a try! 🍫🏕️
